Complete Vision Ministries International was founded by Minister Jamar R. Suber when he accepted his call into ministry in 2007 as a licensed minister and was officially consecrated as the 3rd Administrative Assistant of Restoration Oasis Ministries International (ROMI), under Bishop Ronald Roston on December 8, 2007.
